Collect your items from our store at FF-102, Vandematram Crosswind, Gota, Ahmedabad – 382481, open 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, all days. Message us first and we’ll keep your items ready.

Shipping across India

We ship orders anywhere in India by courier. To order, message us on WhatsApp with the items, sizes and your delivery address.

• Charges: shipping charges depend on your location and parcel size. We confirm them with you before dispatch.
• Dispatch: orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed, usually within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery time: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and your location.
• Tracking: we share the courier tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Packaging

Lingerie and personal care orders are packed discreetly, with no product details on the outside of the parcel.

Delays and damage

Courier delays can happen during festivals and bad weather. If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it and message us within 3 days. See our exchange policy.
